Booking with us is easy! You can schedule through our online booking system, complete our contact form, or visit in person. We recommend booking 2-3 weeks in advance for color services, though we often have availability for walk-ins or short-notice appointments. When you book, we'll ask a few questions to match you with the perfect stylist for your vision.

We totally understand things happen. Any no-shows or appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be subject to up to a 100% cancellation fee. Policies vary per stylist as we are all individual businesses within Copper Mane Hair Co. We do this to ensure our stylists are still being compensated for their time in your absence. Absolutely! If you've had a great experience with one of our stylists, request them when you book. If your preferred stylist isn't available, we'll recommend someone who specializes in your desired service. All of our stylists are highly trained and share our commitment to excellence.
